![]() I hit the cash out button received my TITO. Six months, give or take, ago I was playing VP late at night (for me) at Plaza. I also doubt most casinos are going to spend who knows how many manhours to track down somebody who intentionally left less than a dollar in a machine clearly because it was not worth taking the time to cash out and getting in the cashier line (since many ticket machines don't give change anymore). And, how much effort they have to put in to locate the player who abandoned it can vary. I believe in most States money (tickets, chips, etc.) left in machines or on the floor becomes the property of the casino if not reclaimed by the original player. I have no clue what they do with the voucher if the person is not known to the casino, has already left the casino, and did not use a player's card to play. ![]() They have the ability to either check whose voucher it was based off the player's card that was in the machine OR track the last player's movement through the casino through surveillance footage and give it back to him/her. I always cash it out and hand it over to an employee. I have found large amounts of money ($100.00+) left in machines on a few different occasions.
